PRACTICE DIRECTION FOR COUNTY CARLOW
WHILE WE HAVE COVID 19 EMERGENCY
TAXATIONS:-
1. Will proceed on date allocated.
2. Two weeks prior to taxation the opposing parties should submit his objections to the taxation costs to both County Registrar and the other side.
3. The party applying for the costs should reply within 7 days to the County Registrar and opposing party.
On the date of the Taxation at the appointed time, the County Registrar will adjudicate on the taxation. The County Registrar will set up a ZOOM meeting at appointed time and give decision. The County Registrar’s e-mail address to ZOOM meetings is ettycoughlan@gmail.com.
Both parties to the taxation to submit their e-mail addresses also.
If the lockdown is over the taxation can proceed with social distancing in place.
